Chief Executive Officer – NOC 00012

The ideal candidate must have:

• A university degree in STEM or other related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of active C- or VP- level experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or tech company operations.
• Active Project Management Professional certification and sound product management skills in Ideation, Design Thinking, Market Research, Customer Development, Product Market Fit, User Acquisition and Funnel Optimization, Backlog Grooming, Revenue Modeling, and Pricing Optimization. 
• Profound knowledge of AI technologies: Machine learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and its limitations and applications for business. 
• Demonstrated experience in executing large-scale, cross-functional projects and simultaneously leading diverse complex initiatives.
• Solid experience in business strategy, sales, and operations. Proven prowess in steering high-level cross-functional planning and effective execution reviews.
• Adept at synergizing insights and objectives across multiple teams.
• Unwavering ability to navigate ambiguity, design actionable plans from scratch, and thrive in dynamic settings.
• An innovative thinker capable of managing multifaceted challenges, recognizing growth avenues, and translating visionary ideas into tangible actions.

The primary communication language in this position is English.

Duties on the job will include but not be limited to:

‍Strategic Program and Project Management:

• Manage high-stakes AI projects, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our clients and maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
• Spearhead efforts to identify new business opportunities, grow revenue streams, and expand our presence in the AI industry.
• Identify and track top key business objectives, ensuring timely and aligned project progression.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Create data-driven reports and decks for internal meetings and the board
• Leveraging data-driven insights and business intelligence from all parts of the business to help board of directors make critical decisions
• Recommend revisions to existing metrics and measurements, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Foster alignment with and mobilize stakeholders on the most critical company objectives and opportunities
• Work closely across our company to create strategies and systems that enhance productivity and company performance, including metrics and measurement

Strategic Planning:

• Lead initiatives and work across teams to inform decisions related to annual planning, investment strategy, prioritization, and other ongoing business priorities, enabling insights and decision-making velocity in support of our transformation and that of our customers and partners
• Facilitate continuous process improvement by analyzing process quality and identifying and coordinating opportunities to improve business outcomes
• Support the timely assignment and tracking of goals for all members of the team
• Stay updated on AI trends, benchmarking, and best practices related to the above

AI Players Inc. is located at Office #1240, 104-32615 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 1X8; this will be the work location of the Chief Executive Officer.

The position is compensated at $158,000 per year, with a minimum of 32 work hours per week.
